A mortgage insurance claim is usually the result of unemployment or serious illness or injury both of which can be traumatic experiences. Back to work services are designed to help customers cope with the experience and to overcome it. Insurers are using individuals to personally manage the claim from start to finish, and these people are being trained to identify when ‘back to work’ services would benefit the customer.
